Then by using our extensive proprietary databases, SGA ExecutiveTracker, SGA Live and in-house research staff, our goal is to provide qualified candidates ready to be interviewed within 2-3 weeks.
Our average search process duration is 1 to 3 months from initial contact by the client to an accepted offer. Our acceptance rate for the last seven years has averaged 95%. Our policy is to contact each candidate placed every three months to track performance, retention, and career path. Our clients have experienced a 90% retention average rate for the last three years with our placements.
Passive Candidate Recruiting Services
- Retingency- similar to retained, this method is very results driven. A small retainer is given up front and the remainder of the 20% fee is paid when results are obtained.
