Sheila Greco is President, Chief Executive Officer of SGA Talent a premier research and recruiting firm committed to performance, quality and results. Sheila leads four distinct professional teams focused on research, recruiting, customized competitive intelligence and a team of consultants who solely focus on SGA’s B2B contact database, SGA ExecutiveTracker.
Since 1989, Sheila has provided clients with counsel and guidance on human capital, enterprise growth and organizational alignment issues, with a strong emphasis on hiring best-of-breed talent. Sheila has assisted Fortune 1000 companies in the retail, healthcare, financial, industrial, services, technology and consumer sectors as well as non-profits and closely/privately held organizations. She has had great success assisting companies build best-in-class teams from a recruiting and research perspective and talent management.
Previously, Sheila spent several years with Goodrich & Sherwood, an executive search company in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career as a research associate and quickly climbed through the ranks and ultimately became a Director of Executive Search specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales.
An alumna of Hartwick College, Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Executive Females, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Women in Technology International, and participated in many events sponsored by the New York State Olympics. She is a frequent speaker and contributor on the issues of human resources, recruiting and talent management. Sheila is a proud Board Member to Christian Brother’s Academy, Albany New York.
Joe Morse, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Morse previously held the role of Senior Vice President Research for the firm. Starting as a research associate, Joe quickly climbed the ranks within the company. He earned his MBA from the University of Albany and undergraduate from Plattsburgh State. As part of his new role, Mr. Morse will provide leadership to the more than 25 employees who are all part of the SGA Talent Team. Since 1995 Joe’s passion for research and recruiting makes him a “rock star” amongst the team, as he continues to lead and do. A hands-on leader and results driven attitude is one of the reasons why SGA continues to provide its clients with superior services. He believes the client is always right and it is a must to always provide a level of personal value add service. When he is not working he is a Baseball Coach and Boys Scout Leader.
Tony Carbone, Senior Vice President Talent
Tony Carbone is a Senior Vice President Talent with SGA Talent. Using a thorough, fact-based and rigorous approach on every engagement, Tony has a demonstrated track record of recruiting talent that creates significant shareholder value. His ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates is why his 15 year career with SGA Talent has been outstanding.
Tony’s research background and in-depth expertise in competency-based recruiting combined with a prominent ability to understand his clients’ cultures puts him as one of the top recruiters at the firm. He has the rare flexibility to have held both leadership roles: directing the talent and research teams for selected clients. He specializes in assignments for Retail, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Human Resources, Consulting, Tax and Audit across industry sectors.
Tony is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University, a member of SHRM. Tony volunteers his time as the Treasurer for the Amsterdam Little Giants Football program as well as coaching the youth athletes.

Mary Maines, Senior Vice President Business Development
Joining SGA in 1998, Mary is a seasoned professional with 32 years sales experience with a strong human resources and professional services background. Mary is responsible for new business development and maintaining current client accounts at SGA within research, recruiting, competitive intelligence and SGA’s proprietary database tool SGA ExecutiveTracker. Mary generates revenue and has increased sales for the company by leading efforts to build current business relationships and drive new business for Executive Search firms and Corporations within their internal staffing, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, business development, sales and marketing divisions.
Mary’s has acquired a strong client list of new business over the last three years to include- Samsung, TIAA-CREF, Xerox, IBM, Pier1 Imports, Bernard Hodes, Bank of America, Macys, Kincannon Reed, Crowe Horwath, BOK Financial and Ameriprise, as well as multiple other.
Mary attended Tallahassee Community College, in Florida and is very active in the March of Dimes and American Cancer Society walks, Dr Sheridan’s Breast Cancer Golf Tournament, PTA, Women’s Investment club, South side Women’s Bocce League and the past director of the Fort Johnson Youth Commission.
