Sheila Greco

Chief Executive Officer

Sheila Greco is founder and Chief Executive Officer  of SGA Talent, a certified minority owned premier recruiting and recruitment research firm. Committed to performance, quality and results, Ms. Greco is a proven leader with over 30 years of recruiting experience. In addition to managing the firm, she leads the firm’s engagements for senior level positions for many of the company’s long-standing clients, with a particular expertise in professional services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing.

As an industry expert, she has developed trusted relationships with talent acquisition leaders and human resources at Fortune 1000, start-ups, as well as emerging growth companies. Sheila has earned a reputation as someone who delivers as an “honest and transparent partner”.

Previously, Sheila spent several years with Goodrich & Sherwood, an executive search company in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career as a research associate and ascended quickly, ultimately becoming a Director of Executive Search, specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales.

An alumna of Hartwick College, Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. She continues to give back by volunteering her time to Hartwick students on topics such as internships, interviewing, and the creation of their LinkedIn profiles. She is a member of the National Association of Executive Females, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Women in Technology International, and participated in many events sponsored by the New York State Special Olympics. She is a frequent speaker and contributor on the issues of human resources, recruiting and talent management. Sheila is a proud Board Member to Christian Brother’s Academy, Albany New York.

Joe Morse

President/Managing Director

As President/Managing Director, he focuses on delivering quality results to clients as SGA Talent continues to  build a strong reputation as a leading firm, while helping the team navigate through the ever-changing world executive search.

High among Joe’s priorities is establishing an atmosphere of transparency with his team, clients and candidates. There has to be complete honesty in all directions to have a winning outcome for everyone.  This open communication has served Joe well in his twenty-two years in the recruitment research and recruiting fields.  His list of contacts runs wide and deep, and he is proud that his industry relationships have stood the test of time.

While Joe enjoys the fast pace often necessitated by client needs, the foundation of his success lies in his ability to communicate with and understand the needs of all parties. His deep knowledge in just about every industry is why he is recognized as one the industry’s best “generalists”. Despite this, Joe continually looks for ways to grow and become better, both with SGA Talent and his role as a husband and father of four. Tony Carbone

Partner/Managing Director

Committing to the core roots of recruitment research and recruiting early in his career, Tony’s motivated initiative and personal resourcefulness quickly led him to discover the unique challenges and rewards of Professional Services & Financial Services recruiting. As one of the company’s leaders, Tony continues to lead by example with diligent technical abilities and a keen, heightened collection of personal and relationship skills. With over 20 years at SGA Talent, his intense commitment to growth and development continues.

As a leader he diligently trains and develops his team, managing several individual top talent advisors and research analysts. A top producing expert, Tony joined SGA Talent because he is committed to working with the very best. The open and collaborative culture, the broad national reach, and the deep industry knowledge he has found at SGA Talent inspires Tony to continue to strive for excellence from himself and from his team.

Finding professional services talent that positively impacts financial success requires that Tony address each opportunity from the varying angles of client, candidate, and position. As the son of Italian immigrants, Tony strongly values the importance and validity of others’ perspectives, and he has built a highly accomplished  recruiting career by holding the success and satisfaction of others as his paramount goal. Today, Tony enjoys watching his sons’ soccer teams and coaching their football teams.

Tere Masters

Partner Corporate Development and Operations

Tere joined Sheila Greco Associates LLC in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant/right hand person to Sheila Greco.  Since that time Ms. Masters has taken the position of Vice President of Operations/Administrative Operations through several transitional stages.  Reporting directly to Sheila Greco, the Administrative Operations brings together many of the departments that provide central services relative to the overall operations and employment at the company.  This includes the management of the first-line administrative services and research-on-demand staff, as well as overseeing the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contracts related to the purchase or sales of the company’s services, and supplies.  Her job now not only entails every aspect of her “Office Czar” title, but she also has expansive sourcing and project management experience.

Tere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Tere is currently a member of Information Resource Management Association, as well as many other human resource and data management organizations.  She is also a Chairperson of Boy Scout Troop 51s Venture Crew and a committee member for the district.

Mary Maines

Partner/Senior Vice President

Naturally competitive, Mary is drawn to our industry for its challenging and competitive nature. However, above all, Mary enjoys helping people and companies grow.

A true team player, Mary started her career with SGA in 1998 as a research associate in professional services; one of the hardest industries to research and recruit, Mary made it look simple, always exceeding the teams goals.
After achieving great success in research, she moved into sales with SGA Talent, having many successes there also. Mary’s strong background in our industry and our company, along with her passion for the ever changing world of professional services have laid an impressive foundation for her career with SGA Talent. In addition to sales and recruiting, Mary will be responsible for the company’s community relations as well as Philanthropic Activities.

Mary’s upbringing instilled in her a hard work ethic that translates into her approach to everything she does in business and personally.
A graduate of Tallahassee College, when Mary is not working you will find her at almost every non-profit event in a 50 mile radius. She believes in giving back, and to those who know her will say she is always there for everyone.
